A new chapter in
soulful R&B storytelling.

Soufside Sound is an independent record label and creative house founded by producer, songwriter, and creative director Damonte Williams.

The Story

Originally launched through WontayMadeit Radio, the platform has evolved into Soufside Sound — a modern record label focused on artist development, cinematic storytelling, immersive branding, and emotionally driven music.

WontayMadeit Radio remains the label's official broadcasting platform — the destination for music premieres, continuous listening, artist discovery, archives, and future live programming.

Rooted in the South, raised on R&B, soul, and the specific way music travels through Atlanta nights — Soufside builds slow, deliberate rollouts around artists who can't help but sound like themselves.

Founder · Damonte Williams
"I honestly just want people to feel understood. Whether it's heartbreak, loneliness, healing, confidence, or those late-night thoughts you don't usually talk about — I want the music to create a space where people can escape, reflect, and connect."
At the heart of the label

Aya & Jalen Rhodes.

Two artists carrying two different lanes of the same feeling — alternative R&B, neo-soul, contemporary soul, and melodic trap — each writing from a distinctly personal place.

Creative Direction
"AI gave me a canvas. I gave it soul."
— Damonte Williams
The Pillars
Mission
Emotionally honest music.

We sign artists who can't help but sound like themselves — and we protect that voice through every stage of release.

Philosophy
Slow, deliberate, cinematic.

Every release is treated like a short film. Every rollout is treated like an exhibition.

Roots
Atlanta, Georgia.

The Soufside is where we're from — the weather, the accents, the pace, and the way music travels in a car here.

Platform
WontayMadeit Radio.

The label began as a radio platform. That archive still runs, and remains the creative heartbeat.
